I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was convenient with many fun eateries in walking distance, but the room cleanliness was not up to par with a noticeable brown ring around the toilet caulking. The service staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their jobs, especially Ashley at the Bar, but the dining options were limited with no warm food available. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of Westport, within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. However, the rooms were not as clean as expected, with maintenance issues like air conditioning malfunctions. The dining experience, although wonderful, lacked warm food options.
The hotel rooms seemed bigger in photos than in real life but were clean, neat, very functional with a European flair, and remarkably quiet. The service was friendly and helpful despite other aspects. The location was great with many attractions within walking distance, yet some surrounding areas had issues.
